Fast paced and gripping
I do agree with the other reviewers that this is not quite in the same vein as the author's other novels and I admit I was put off by the first few pages and the negative reviews. However, a few pages in, I was gripped and had to keep reading until I'd finished (which meant I stayed up very late!!) I think that maybe the use of younger characters has put some people off, but I thought every character was well drawn and although there were a lot of minor characters involved, I felt that this added to the story and brought the book to life. Can't wait to read more of Mandasue Heller's novels!

Intrigue,suspense and romance, what else does a good book need?Thoroughly enjoyable read with more twist and turns than a rollercoaster ride.I felt like being on the edge of a cliff not knowing what will happen next.You must read this book if you love suspense, drama and romance.What are you waiting for?

Yet another great book
I used to believe Martina Cole was the queen of story telling until I started reading books by Mandasue Heller. Each one just gets better and better and I find them impossible to put down no matter how tired I am. She has a way of drawing you into each book so you feel like you really know each and every character. Just can't wait to start reading the next one
