Smatree SmaPole Y2 Telescoping Pole Tripod Stand for GoPro Fusion/Session, GoPro Hero 2018/8/7/ 6/5/4/3/2/1 (WiFi Remote Controller is NOT Included)

I bought this to be a travel tripod for my compact camera. I'm not a professional photographer and you won't be able to use it with anything heavier than a compact camera.For the price I think it's a great little kit. It is very light (although the tripod leg is fairly heavy), easy to carry around and holds your camera fine. It has a few limitations though, due to the size:- Big wind may cause the tripod to fall- It can be wobbly at time (not so good for video)- Extended lens on a compact camera can cause it to lose it's balance- Won't sit on uneven terrain- Head attachment has specific angles(1 axis), and is not a smooth. It kinda clicks into positionsAdvantages:- Very light and small, so can be carried on your holidays without much worry. I'll attach it to a belt clip- Stabilizes videos very well, you can even use it as a monopod and have it stabilize on your leg.- you can attach other tripods to the bottom if you don't like the one it came with (e.g. a gorillapod, etc)- it is very tall and perfect when you take group pictures and you want to be on it!- it also holds the camera secure, I was able to fully extend it and hold it with one hand without any problem- it is good for selfie stick as well, although it's main purpose will be a travel tripodThings I cannot comment on :- gopro related attachments- phone attachments (although it looks good enough)If you have a phone/gopro/compact camera and you want to travel around with this, buy it!If you are taking photographing more seriously and you don't mind the weight, get a dedicated tripod, as this won't work!

I use this for a Samsung 360 because of the low footprint Base stand which provides ok results.Stand is removable from the pole and feels sturdy enough to hold a good size phone or go pro. I would have reservations if I mounted a dslr on there.Build quality is better than expected with aluminium shaft and good quality plastic snap restraints for height adjustments. Supplied with a standard screw, go pro, mobile phone mounts. The remote WiFi activation holder was removed as I wasn't using the £80 quid remote the SMAtree have in their range.Overall rather good ;-)

This is a fabulous product. The build quality is awesome! I am very disappointed in the advertising images two of them clearly show a remote control in position. This is NOT the case however. A cheaper remote than £64 is now available. It would be worth considering this. If you are content using the timer on your phone it's a wonderful do it all solution.If you want instant snaps be prepared to shell out lots of cash.

I love love love this stick.Really well made, very sturdy, the size is perfect.My wife said, "oh, another gadget that will get used twice then sit in the drawer" But actually I have found this so useful, we (wife included) take it everywhere and it actually gets used !Only thing i would say, and this is no fault of the manufacturer !! When using with the go pro to get an underwater shot of the dog swimming in the sea, we forgot to clean / dry it afterwards, the salt water can cause corrosion very quick, luckily i caught it before it set in too deep, and now I keep a little pot of Vaseline in my camera bag to "protect" the threads and other moving parts.What more can i say though, you will NOT be disappointed, don't waste money on the ultra cheap rubbish from your favourite online auction.. I paid £14.99 for the Smatree, & thats not expensive :-) Yes it may cost 3x more than the Ebay / Chinese crap, but it will certainly outlast them more than 3x over, More importantly it feels better & will hold your camera more securely !

5 Stars for the Product, delivery, Packaging & Everything Else but I Really feel I Have Been Had!!in the description they say everything you get but for some reason they supply you with a Remote Control Holder with No Remote Control.Now I Ask You, what good is a Selfie Stick without a Remote Control. So I Looked at buying the remote control to fit the holder, thought it would be between £5-10 going on what I had previously seen, The Remote for this stick is £50.00!!!!!!I Think you can understand my frustration and also exactly what the Sellers Idea is!Buy a Selfie Stick for £14.00, Very good quality not a Bad Price.Then you need a remote only an extra £50...............Cmon I Ask You.

After trying a few other sticks in a similar price range to hold my compact camera some other brands claim compact camera compatibility but they only provide a phone holder which although will hold a camera feels uncomfortable to hold and can drop out this stick comes with 1/4" Threaded Hole which means the camera can screw in secure and feel comfortable.It does of course come with a clip to hold you smartphone and a special adapter for the GoPro series cameras that I have not been able to use yet.The telescopic pole allows quick length adjustment from 17.5″ to 48.5″, what I particular like is that each extender has a clips that hold very well, and the build quality feels premium and really helps to get a steadier hand when taking photographs.There is also a small tripod which is strong enough to support the stick and the device if you require and a remote control holder for the GoPro

El primero que compre se rompió después de años de uso en el agua la bisagra se oxidó y al cerrarlo forcé y se rompió el clip de cierre. He comprado otro porque la calidad es estupenda. Me aseguraré de lubricar las bisagras después de utilizarlo en agua. Así le daré una vida más larga. Muy recomendable ledoy cinco estrellas

Le pied indispensable pour les déplacements, bonne construction solide, tige bien rigide.Je suis vraiment ravi de l'avoir commandé. Il n'y a pas de télécommande incluse au pied.

The media could not be loaded.    Ho acquistato quest'asta per una GoPro Hero 4 Silver e ne sono molto felice. E' molto resistente e anche alla massima estensione (1,20 metri) si rivela stabile e non è soggetta a vibrazioni. In più ha un'aria professionale perchè di un ottimo materiale, nonostante il prezzo contenuto. Si richiude facilmente in 4 sezioni e con l'accessorio in dotazione è molto facile avvitare la GoPro. Oltre all'aggancio rapido sono presenti nella confezione: 1 portatelecomando per avere sempre a portata di mano il telecomando wireless della GoPro, un treppiedi da avvitare alla base per utilizzare l'asta come cavalletto, un laccio da polso e un accessorio per sostituire alla GoPro il proprio smartphone (da me inutilizzato). In più le tre clip per allungare le sezioni sono molto resistenti (anche se in plastica) e il manico in spugna assicura sempre un'ottima impugnatura. Purtroppo non ho ancora potuto provare l'asta in acqua.Nel complesso davvero un ottimo prodotto, ben rifinito, robusto e resistente, lo consiglio a chi cerca un'alternativa all'ottima ma costosa asta originale GoPro

Beste Möglichkeit sein Smartphone, Digicam oder Actioncam zu montieren!Absolut hochwertig verarbeitet und hält richtig gut.Der Lieferumfang ist auch ziemlich beeindruckend: der Selfie Stick, ein Tripod, eine Trageschlaufe, Smartphone Halterung, GoPro Adapter und Halterung für die GoPro WiFi Remote.Und alles in 1A Qualität!Da ich selber die Denver ACT 5002 besitze, war ich auf der Suche nach einem Stick mit Tripod auf welche beide ein 1\4 zoll Gewinde aufweisen und das war mit Abstand die beste Wahl, hinsichtlich Preis Leistung!Einen Review gibts von mir auch noch nachdem ich auf Urlaub war.Bis jetzt absolute Kaufempfehlung!Update 12.02.16war 2015 im Augutst auf Partyurlaub auf Zrce Beach und kann nun ausgiebig über meine Erfahrungen mit der Pole schreiben.Wie schon oben erwähnt stimmt die Verarbeitung für den Preis absolut!Die einzelnen Teleskopelemente lassen sich nach wie vor wunderbar verstellen, wobei ich sagen muss sie wurde keineswegs mit Liebe behandelt.Von einigen Stürzen, über dem täglichen Bad im Salzwasser über mehreren Stunden bis hin zum Versenken in einem Cocktail. All diese Dinge konnnten dem Pole nicht viel anhaben. Einfach mit ausreichend Süsswasser abgewaschen und in der Sonne trocknen lassen.Allerdings gibt es eine Kleinigkeit die schon vorgefallen ist. Durch das ganze Salzwasser litten die Gewinde schon. Sie fingen an zu Rosten und ich bekam die Schlaufe nach dieser Woche kaum noch von der Pole ab. Mit dem hatte ich allerdings gerechnet und ziehe dafür natürlich keinen Stern ab, da dieses Problem mit etwas WD-40 und einer Kombizange sehr schnell gelöst war.Also alles in Allem absolut top Hinsichtlich Verarbeitung, Handling und nach wie vor sehr gutem Zustand der Pole!Daumen hoch für dieses Produkt!
