So very pleased with this. Ok it’s expensive but it really is fantastic quality and I think worth every penny. Would not hesitate to recommend or to buy again if someone steals this one! I have some cheaper ones but I won’t be using them as I would be worried about losing my meds, I have complete faith in this one - if I’m wrong I will be back to update my review!). Also bought the additional section so that I can easily carry different dosages. Maybe the cheap ones are ok if you just want to carry a few paracetamol or something but for essential meds - or if you just like well made, quality stuff - this is the one. Sadly this has disappeared from my key ring :( no way of knowing what part failed but it is gone

Pretty good for two slow release levadopa tablets. I use it without the extra tube section. It’s clearly pretty solidly made and is quite heavy. I wear it on a chain which is a bit naff but I know where it is. If I ran for a bus with it on I’d probably get knocked out.

Ok its expensive for a pill holder. It is however beautifully machined, you can hardly see the joins where it screws together. It's also pretty solid.I've put a little plug of cotton wool in the cap and in the bottom and my "emergency pills" have kept beautifully in this.

Great little pill holder that's easy to screw/unscrew while still being secure. I can easily fit several Synthroid pills in one end, and a couple of the new, tiny Advil liquid capsules in the other. I do find that the interior size is smaller than it seems, since you have to allow extra room for the lids to screw together - so I end up taking out a couple of pills each time I fill it up to get the cap back on. But it's a great product that I'm very glad to have found.

I have used one for over a year now on my everyday keychain and it works well. I have a $$ bill rolled up real tight in there for emergencies and still enough room for two or three small pills on top. I suffer from panic attacks and so having my prescribed medication with me at all times is key - the safety of that makes it less likely for me to need them!

Ordered two of these.Within a month they began to rust heavily on the inside turning my white pills brown. I have tried to contact the company to no avail. The email address provided on their website doesn't work. I even sent them an email directly on their site still nothing.Bear in mind these holders have never been in contact with any water.Disappointed is an understatement.

So happy with this Cielo pill holder I could only afford the stainless steel model but then I saw the titanium which comes in colors maybe one day! This item is rock solid pills stay dry and safe. I keep it with my keys now that I'm older and need to take meds to keep me well.

This items is very well crafted and I love that it has two separate chambers. I wish it was a little lighter. I should have considered the titanium version but that was even pricier.
