Brilliant! They are really good, I was struggling to sleep as the mornings are getting lighter.( If i wake up early I use the mask and it gives total blackout). The strap is adjustable and I have found it comfortable. the good thing is that if you open your eyes the mask is not up against your eyelids there is lots of space between eye and mask. Allows your eyes to breathe.The earplugs are ok but not the best I have ever used but they are a token part of the package.The fabric storage bag is great to keep them dust free.I would recommend this product, they have certainly got me back into a good sleeping pattern.

Very comfortable, not too heavy. I got a previous mask which was like solid heavy cardboard, very uncomfortable. This one is light, leaves space off the eyes and cuts out the light well

Bad quality product. Mask stained my pillow black. Not sure how harmful it is to face/skin.

Very comfy and soft. Too early to say whether it reduce headache. I hope it will.
