Bought as extras for existing set. No issues with colour match Denny pottery is good quality always looks good on the table. Good size & for some of their ranges such as Imperial Blue you can easily replace any breakages.Whilst they’re not a cheap brand, they do give good service.Interesting that currently Denny sell these at a higher price, but they are currently unavailable in Denbybstores or online. Amazon not only had them in stock they were a little cheaper.

We bought these to replace a broken bowl from our full set of Denby Imperial Blue crockery. We originally got the set as wedding presents 15 years ago, and have used them daily since them. Most of the set is still in perfect condition and the broken bowl was because I dropped a heavy jar of sauce out the cupboard on to it.We have found that they stand up well to slight knocks as they go in and out the dishwasher. A much cheaper set of plates/bowls which we had prior to these used to chip at the slightest thing, these need a really hard knock on something to chip at all, and in 15 years of daily use we've only had a small number of items break or chip.We put them through the dishwasher regularly which makes them really easy to clean.This range has been really good for daily use, while still looking good after many years of use. These are good value for money, because while they aren't cheep they last a long time.

Pretty blue glaze. Had this set for many years so long lasting, but also great to be able to replace pieces as required. The pasta bowls are especially great for pasta or rice dishes, carries a good quantity without worrying if the sauce or curry will go off of the edge of the plate.

The bowls are a good price and were very well packaged. They were delivered on time. The blue isn't quite as vibrant as the dinner set, but is still nice. Unfortunately, when I was washing the dishes BEFORE use, I managed to chip one of them (gutted), hence, the reason for a lower score for durability.

Lovely blue. Dishwasher friendly. Last a long time if you don't break them.

Well made. Microwave well without heating up. We use these several times a week for dinner. I would purchase again and looking at replacing other dishes with Denby pottery.

We still use the Denby's I bought for my first home in 2001. Added these 4 as the kids have gotten demanding. Just as good as always - solid, smooth, gorgeous deep colors.

Lovely bowls as you would expect from Denby. Shame that they were only packed in a thick paper envelope and were broken when they arrived.
