In early November of 2023 I ordered the 34" T5 UVB 10.0 light. It shipped as it was supposed to and everything went well with installation. After a couple weeks the light would not turn on. I would have to turn it to get it to work again. This kept happening until the piece broke. I contacted the company, and their customer service was awesome. Replaced the light quickly and without hesitation. The new light came in and did not work. Tried a known working bulb, and still did not work. I contacted customer support. Again, customer support was very helpful and sent out a replacement ASAP. The new light came in, and once again, it did not work at all right out of the box. I went through the same procedures of checking with other cords, bulbs, etc... Nothing worked. As a result of this I am concerned about how widespread this is and have contacted the company regarding the same. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT RIGHT NOW UNTIL QUALITY CONTROL COMES BACK!

This light by Giangarden has been working well so far. I've only had it for a couple of days, but it seems to be putting out a very nice stream of UVB light. I'm so impressed that I wrote the company a question on their website. I have shopped everywhere for a replacement bulb for the inevitable moment when this UVB bulb will run its lifespan and dies. I could not find a replacement anywhere on Amazon or its competitors. I also searched the company's website but didn't see replacement bulbs for sale. So I sent them a question via their customer service. I haven't heard anything back from them.

The size is great for size cage I have. It was easy enough to install and brightness is great. My beardie is doing well with it. I do wish cord wasn’t quite so think since it has to be plugged up outside of cage and thickness leaves gap in screen lid.

First one didn't work. Shipping was extremely poor. Long box in a large box with no packing nothing to stop it from rolling around. Second time was amazing. Properly packaged and worked great. Highly recommend. Shipping wasn't the products fault. Exactly as advertising

The fixture was fine. But I feel the bulb didn’t last long enough. I bought a zoo med bulb to replace it and this bulb says it should last 12 months when using 10-12 hours a day. The bulb with fixture didn’t last 6 months.

I have been using this light for my yellow bellied slider turtle for about three months now every day for 12 hours a day to simulate a day/night cycle and to provide UVA and UVB. It works very well compared to all other lighting options I have tried. It is very easy to use, light in weight, does not get very hot at all, and has not even showed any signs of burning out or dimming in the three months I've been using it. I also like the fact that the bottom lays flat so you can lay it directly on top of a wire screen top.

Thought this was a great product at first. I bought two of them and within the first two months they both died. No one will tell you which bulb you can use as a replacement. The company replaced both housing and bulbs and here we are less than two months later having to yet again find a replacement. This is not acceptable as a reptile owner. They must have dependable lights. I would NOT suggest buying this set up unless you want to have to keep replacing it. Sidenote the company was amazing when they replaced them the first time but there is obviously something not right about this set up

The lighting looks chic and the lights covers all corners of my terrarium.

Right out of the box, tried turning the lamp on, and nothing happened. Tried removing and adjusting bulb and still wouldn't light up. Bought a second bulb to see if maybe the original bulb was defective, but lamp still wouldn't work.
