I was pleasantly surprised by how well this wooden gua sha tool works. It’s sturdy, smooth, and fits comfortably in my hand. I use it a few times a week for lymphatic drainage and muscle tension, and it really helps reduce puffiness and improve circulation. It feels like a mini spa session at home! Highly recommend for anyone into wellness or self-care.

Anytime I'm feeling achy or under the weather, I turn to gua sha. The key is to find where it hurts. much like how a doctor does when he's trying to diagnose an illness. it's usually not where you feel the ache. it's normally somewhere different! if your neck is hurting, I try under the armpit or down my side. While it feels good to use this device on my neck when my neck hurts, it doesn't alleviate the pain unless I try a different location. Usually the alternate location hurts quite a bit. I "gua" (or scrape) with this device until the pain subsides. Then it's an amazing feel of relief and I can sleep again!

I had severe lymph fluid buildup in my legs and abdomen so I purchased this to try to help move the fluid so my body could process it. It was easy to use and with a little massage oil it moved very smoothly over my body with minimal effort. I could tell it was helping to move the fluid because after about 10 minutes I had to go pee, so I knew my body was processing the built up fluid. I suggest if you buy this you look up lymphatic massage to find out which way on your body (up or down)you should massage,depending on what area in your body you have fluid buildup . For example, I massaged my legs upwards from my calf up to the top of my thigh to help massage the fluid out of my legs. A must have!

I love this tool. I bought one to use at home, and then decided I wanted to buy another to keep at work. It's really comfortable to hold, and the wood feels comfortable on my skin and also works over clothing. Great value for an effective tool! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the second one I bought had a couple spots that felt like a tiny splinter might break off. I can probably take care of that with a little sandpaper, not a big deal. Overall I really like this (enough to buy a second one) and would recommend it for working on tight muscles!

I bought this tool to work on my cellulite. I’ve used this regularly within the past few days and I’m pretty shocked at how much drainage my body was carrying. While this isn’t a permanent solution, it is something that Intend to keep doing as my cellulose is isn’t as prominent as it was prior to using this tool. I’ve been using it every night with a body oil and just going around on different areas of my leg for about a 1-2 minutes (per area). Results are great!

Very quickly the smoothness started to wear off and turned rough/woody feeling.

Just be aware if you have bigger hands, the "handle" area may be too small for you. It Works great as a lymphatic tool.
