Theu definitely help the pain and are good value for money.Also easy to locate them on the pins After a while they lose there sticking power and can turn up at the ends. I just wish there was a way of making them sticky again.

I have been using medifit tens on and off for a few years and I highly recommend this for pain relief. The only down side is that the stickiness does wear off after a while of continuous use. However if you are careful applying them (not get them stuck to your fingers) they will be effective longer. It doesnt take long to get the knack of applying them and much better than having lots of wires as the older models had. They were delivered next day so good service
