We set it up in minutes - we just wanted to be sure everything worked properly and that all the parts were there. It's 100 degrees here right now so not looking to use the sauna just yet. It seems sturdy and well put together. The hot water pot heated quickly, and I put some fresh herbs from our garden in the inside pot - oh how wonderful was the aroma! The tent heated up quickly and I was sweating in minutes. The footprint is less than 3' square and by turning it sideways and opening the door to use a support pole inside as a "handle", I can carry it easily by myself and move it around. Looking forward to using it during the colder winter months.

My husband found the construction to be fairly simple. The one trick we have found to make it work best is to microwave the distilled water (he uses 3 cups for a 20 minute steam) for 5 minutes before putting it in the steamer. My husband is 5’4” and 130 lbs. so it fits him easily. We bought a shower chair and put a towel under it.
