Makes a real difference to anyone who suffers with Sinus, blocked nose.

My wife uses these for a throat condition following surgery and will have to use them for life. They were suggested by her consultant. She uses this every evening and uses the stronger allergy version in the morning. They clear nasal passages and the throat very effectively. As they come in sachets they are very convenient to use by just adding warm water to dissolve. Only downside is they are expensive and need reordering periodically. There are alternatives out there which are cheaper so maybe worth trying different ones if you find these too expensive. Overall an excellent product.

Well packaged. Was advised to get these by an ENT consultant from Amazon. Arrived quickly and did exactly as the item is supposed to do.

Have used these Neilmed sachets before. They are easy to use and in truth there is not much of a flavour, which is good. Have used them with the bottle before but I ordered a Pulsating Nasal Wash to go with it. I can highly recommend the Pulsator as it is simple to use and directs the fluid in better than the manual bottle. Both ordered just before Christmas and delivery was fast.
