I'm slowly replacing my yoga "stuff" from plastic/latex/IDK-what to cork products.I love this roller! It is the perfect height and width for placing at the lower back to stretch the lower spine/pelvis. And to fit under my neck to give it a small stretch.Turn in long-way and it fits between the shoulder blades to pull them back too.It can be used on its side or turned up for when you just can't quite make it the floor.Has a lovely design and stores easily.So many uses!And made from renewable materials.

This cork roller works as advertised. It is made of the densest cork I've ever seen, so if you like a little bit of cushion with a foam roller I'd suggest looking elsewhere, but if you really need to get into a muscle and work it over, this is the roller for you.

Quality product but for back stretching, this roller is way too dense and hard.

This cork roll looks very nice and has a great quality. Could be a great helper not only in yoga exercises. Highly recommend!

The size is so small it makes it difficult to use. For the price it really should be more human size. It felt like a toy.It's beautiful and sturdy. I returned it.

I really like the aesthetics and quality of this roller, I just wish I paid more attention to the pictures to realize it is much smaller in length than all my other rollers. Beings that it is so much shorter it makes rolling back and forth on my back a little awkward to stabilize and that's the main thing I use it for. I do like the denseness of it, it hurts so good.
