It keeps the wind of the neck
Good item, it keeps my neck from being cold whilst on my motorbike, only problem is that the opening on the face is not large enough and not the shape, it closes in around the eyes slightly so I'm constantly pulling away from eyes, I'm hoping it eases with time.
