Don't test as pictured! I placed a small cardboard box inside the glove and took a sharp kitchen knife and simulated accidental slips. I didn't just saw on the glove. The glove material did not fray or show any sign of damage. The cardboard was unscathed. So as far as accidental cut resistance I give them 5 stars. These are EN 388 class 5 rated. This rating is a bit ambiguous. Note even those these gloves seem to work well against a knife blade a pointed object could slip between the mesh and cause a puncture wound. Definitely not for protection from needle sticks.Sizing is another thing, I give them 2 stars. I ordered large as that is my normal glove size. These feel like a medium at best. Yes they do stretch and I can get them on but they are so tight it is not really comfortable. The cuff had size "10" on a tag. I do not know what type of sizing that is but a US large it is not. Also these are not right and left specific, but do to stretch they fit either moderately well. Not as comfortable as a right/left specific glove would be. Good dexterity due to stretch and no looseness in the fingers.

These gloves are awesome. I work with my hands a lot and they last a good amount of time. I work with shrink wrap for pallets, and merchandise selection. They hold up under the pressure. There are other choices out there that I like a bit more, but this is well enough for the price.

These gloves are as advertised and work well. However I am a butcher by trade and once these gloves get wet they are difficult to take off and put back on. I finally just went without a glove because of the hassle of trying to remove them and then get the fingers pulled back into place and back on after washing and sanitizing throughout a shift. I gave them 5 stars as they do work as advertised and probably were not intended to be used as I needed them.

the gloves are very comfortable. fits the hands well. However, they are a little thin that the sharps would cut through the material into my hands. So I tested with a knife. Seems you can't stick the sharp corner on the gloves, otherwise it works perfectly fine.

I bought these in an X-LG for my husband after I had bought a medium size from another seller. This XL is narrower than the Medium I bought earlier, so it doesn't fit my husband's hands. The fingers are a little longer, but what good is that if you can't get your hand in it.These work very well. The size chart needs improvement

I am the one don’t like cooking and afraid of any heat and cut. So this glove basic avoid most of my problems. I am a woman and my hand size is average. Fit me well

While using a mandoline cut a small chunk out of my thumb. The fabric on the glove was cut off and so was part of my thumb. I guess it could have been worse, but if you think these gloves are going to offer good protection, I'd think again.

Can not recommend higher. After a trip to the emergency room (ouch) I bought a glove for myself and more for everyone in my family, and make sure they use them. These things will save lives, or at least pre-dinner ER runs, insurance deductibles, painkiller addictions, and physical therapy.
