Very usefull barbecue accessory
I have my own already, bought a few years ago. This was bought as a present for a friend who has just purchased a barbecue and it has not been used yet. However, from my experience with my old one, I can say that It is a very handy tool to tenderize the meat without squashing it and to flavour it effectively, as the blades are pushing the spices inside the meat. In addition, it is dishwashed safe.

Makes my meat tender.
It has the right amount of girth for a good solid grip so that you can give your meat a good poke. Many. Many. Times.Easy to clean too, comes with a small brush as a bonus.

Not what it says on the tin
For a start...no cleaning brush but more importantly this device could not punch any holes in a piece of belly pork, hardly made an impression on the skin, might work ok on a steak or chop.Will go to the back of the kitchen drawer and be forgotten

This is an excellent product. Had one for a number of years, great for steak. This one looks a lot better.
