NATURELO Whole Food Multivitamin For Women

After reading all the controversy about taking supplements because of the synthetic suff in them decided to look for something more organic and natural, really pleased I've found Naturelo as their products are all made from organic and natural ingredients. Good. Was surprised at how big each capsule is!

I’ve never believed in supplements but I have to say after a month of taking these I do feel really good! So good I’ve ordered more, I’d pop 5 stars but it’s quite expensive ;)

To be honest I haven’t seen any changes yet. After taken the amount recommended which is 2and2=4 a day of the Naturelo whole food multivitamin for two weeks with a meal I started feeling dizzy and getting the urge to throw up. So I stopped for a few days and the symptoms disappeared. I started taken it again recently but only 1(one) a day and I haven’t had the symptoms back.

Every thing is good but price is very high

I'm very pleased with the vitamins. I've found that taking them daily has helped ease muscle cramping in my calves. I take two in the morning and two after dinner. The capsules are easy to swallow and have a minimal taste and smell. The only other supplement I take is a Krill oil supplement because this multivitamin is so complete. So it's good value for the money.

I recently tried Naturelo 50+ after a lot of research, and I’m so glad I did! It really helped with my lethargy, giving me a nice energy boost. The natural ingredients are a huge plus, and I love that it’s designed for those over 50. It’s become my go-to supplement, and I definitely recommend it!

Still best vegan vitamin out there - it checks off every quandary I have, even if my family thinks I'm out there - this company believes in what I believe! It gets a ding for one part: it says it's vegan, but aquamin is tested on animals. I try not to eat them too much, because sometimes some of the vitamins hurt my body, especially the B12 (warning: too much fyi) when going to the restroom, because some of the other vitamins are too little to balance out and I need to take more than I should. Outside of that, for a vegan - going from 10+ pills to a few (I only take 1-2 once in a while, they're really powerful) is really a dealbreaker for many in going vegan - so this allows more people to be vegan more easily. This is really 10+ vitamins in one. You still have to take Omega-3 and stuff, but I'm glad it's not in the bottle, as I don't need it outside of once a year. The taste of them sometimes isn't the best and sometimes there're inconsistencies on what you receive. It's nice that there's minimal processing and it's a whole food vitamin. I wish they had 240 bottles for this, as I have to come back to order these too often. I don't mind paying double for the double amount - just give it to me lol. That's why it has 4, not 5 stars.
