Good quality
It's a strong acid so dilution is reuired. I suggest to Mix this acid with rose water. (9ml rose water+ 1ml this acid)It really gives good results. My feet get really tanned so I mix this mixture with my body lotion and then used on my feet. With consistent in used tanned removed, makes skin so so so smooth. It also healed my mom's cracky feet. So it's 11/10 for me. Do a patch test first.

Useless product
As with acid it should come with warning coz of potential skin burn, it didn't. Plus I applied on my feet and it didn't burn or peel. This is definitely not 70 % glycolic acid . Doesn't frost skin , no warning, smells like paint thinner.
