Charger port doesn’t fit
Delivery to UAE. European plug on the charger port.I cannot charge the laptop and now need to buy a Lenovo charger!Take note of where you’re delivering the laptop and send the right charger in future!

Fast and fun
Great device for the cost. Boots so fast, can run my RAW photo editor no problems, I even "just" managed to play some higher games on it. Only just but that's expected. Sleek design and battery life is very good.

For the price, hard to fault
I bought this for my mother and it has everything she needs for home computing. First of all, I was keen to sell the idea of an SSD to her; her patience wore thin with the long boot times of her old laptop. This, especially now without anything clogging up, is lightning quick and is ready to use within a minute. The set-up was equally quick; long gone are the days of hours of set-up and fiddling around and I got this up and running within forty-five minutes. For basic use, this is excellent - impressive wireless performance, relatively free of needless software and with a generous 512ssd capacity. My only gripes are the cheap feel of the keyboard - this is always something I've had against Lenovo - and the screen; I'm used to an OLED screen so a very bright LED screen with slightly oversaturated colours is hard to get used to. For film viewing, I prefer a better quality screen but that's just me. Overall though, this was great value for money - my mum was chuffed.

Decent laptop for the money (when on sale) but next to no warranty remaining
Nice looking laptop. Works as expected and decent bang for the buck.Biggest issue is the almost complete lack of warranty as it seems to have been shipped a year ago with its warranty period started.

Poor
Nice laptop for the price.But unfortunately you get what you pay for. After the first update it went into blue screen and locked up.The battery lasts 2 hours top on light use. You cannot do any gaming on this even with the Ryson 7 processor.Disappointed with this and have now since sold it on.
