Strong clamp, so be careful what you clamp it to.
Very useable attachment that clamps strongly to a shelf or tube and holds a camera steady. The neck gives you more options for positioning the camera and seems to be equally as strong as the clamp. I bought this for some guitar fretboard shots but in my experience some guitar headstocks have quite a soft finish and are easily marked/dented. I haven’t yet had the courage to try this on a headstock and won;’t do so until I can make some wood or plastic protectors to spread the clamp load. Nonetheless, recommended as a strong and useful bit of kit.

Good, but felt like I was using a giant sex toy!
The clamp is very strong, almost a bit too strong for me to open fully and clap on to all things. The single sturdy but flexible pole works well, but feels and looks like a giant sex toy. I got some strange looks when pulling this out at gigs. Very good for the front of a bike or skateboard.

High quality camera mount for cycling
The media could not be loaded. When using flat handle bars it’s difficult to find mounts.I use a dji action 4 and the horizon lock is really smooth when using these clamps and it means you can move around and pan around while riding and even point behind. Very simple to use and fits a variety of bars and weight is negligible on the bike. This is on parr or maybe even better quality than the go pro equivalent for a fraction of the price you won’t be disappointed.

Works well
Nice and strong and works well just a bit big when attached to front of helmet

Versatile piece, awesome mount
Firstly, the clamp is super powerful. It’s strong and you need to use two hands to open. When you read the description, saying 0.25" to 2" in diameter, suitable for many different sizes of bars. I put it on my bike, works well.Secondly, I love the gooesneck best. Very ideal design! These joints can be taken out if you need it to be shorter. When you install the camera, it stays stable and doesn't wobble at all. You can also swivel these joints to get some favourite angles as well.Well-built & looks durable. I would recommend this stuff highly.

Should be 4.9 stars
Far cheaper than the official GoPro one but I can't imagine that it could be any better, so worth purchasing. The grip is very tight and to get it to open to its maximum, it will take a bit of muscle strength and so both hands would be needed for most people (unless pumped on steroids and biceps like a bodybuilder). That's a good sign as you don't want a grip holding your expensive camera to be weak. The plastic goose neck seems strong but ideally it would be made of rubber, as I can imagine it would damage if dropped on concrete from height (how high I'm not sure but it is definitely adequately strong plastic it seems). It's a good mount to own because it can be attached to ledges, back of chairs, even a door. Obviously it can't fit something over 3 inches, but it can be mounted on many places that can give interesting perspectives when filming. The only reason Im not giving it five stars is because the neck could be rubberised, and if it was, it would be far superior than the GoPro one, which is not rubberised either. But really it deserves 4.9 stars, as it's meant to be a copy/alternative than the exact GoPro one which is almost triple the price. You won't be disappointed purchasing this, unless of course you have a place to mount it and you haven't measured if it is bigger than 3 inches and when you try and mount the grip it won't be wide enough. It fits on surfaces less than 3 inches, it's not a grip that can do magic and also grip to a tractor tire, for example.

Must buy!
This flex clamp is amazing! I can't fault it. I've been using it for around a week now but have used it every single day on multiple occasions throughout the day, be it vlogging or general filming. It has the ability to grip to almost anything and holds tight in position. The gooseneck is strong and stiff but in a good way, it doesn't flop about, it's easy to assemble and a must buy for any GoPro or action camera enthusiast! The packing was neat and secure. It's price is the best part, compared to the GoPro branded one, you would think it would be poor quality but to my amazement it is just as good if not better than the GoPro one! Highly reccomened product!

Good but with two design problems
The clamp has a good strong spring but the jaws do not grip a flat smooth object (eg a formica/melamine table top) as securely as they should - there is a tendency for them to slip if the camera is moved. The slide clamp on the jaws grips the corresponding slide unit on most third-party clamps, but the one on the gooseneck has a bit of fore-aft and side-side play when pushed and clicked fully in place. I'm not a great fan of this slide grip because it places great reliance on all objects being made to the correct tolerance: if the male part is slightly too small or the female part is slightly too large (oo Matron!), these two parts do not make a rock solid connection. Both of these problems may not matter as long as the object being clamped to remains fairly steady, but if it moves quickly or through a large angle, there may be a tendency for the camera to rock.
