I usually mix it with almond milk or blend it into overnight oats and it mixes easily without any lumps. The biggest plus for me is that it does not cause bloating or discomfort. My stomach is usually sensitive but this one feels very light and clean. It also uses stevia as a sweetener which I prefer over chemical ones. If you are looking for a protein that is gentle, clean and easy to digest, this is a solid choice. Just do not expect it to taste like dessert. It is functional and supports recovery without any fuss.

Such a bad taste, I'm struggling to finish it. The stevia aftertaste is so strong and unpalatable.

First, I didn’t realise that this isn’t isolate. I should’ve picked up on that. Concentrate has higher lactose and that just doesn’t work for my body. So maybe the product is fine but not for me. The flavour is nice. The consistency too, due to the additional lactose and fat, I guess.
