it's a nice and easy to use corset. no laces makes it easy to put on by myself and the three sets of hooks allow for enough variability in the tightness that I was able to get it tight enough to pull my tummy in quite a bit without being stifling or uncomfortable. obviously a laced corset would be better for that but that would require a lot more effort and/or a second person. I wore it for 7 hours straight without much issue and it works well underneath or above clothes (I particularly like the way it looks over my catsuit) and the steel bones are rigid but not so inflexible as to make it impossible to bend. my only concern with the product is the longevity of the fastening hooks. they haven't shown any signs of damage yet but given the tension placed on them, especially the first one you hook when you're putting it on, I can easily imagine them bending or snapping with enough use.

Having used waist trainers in the past with successful results, decided it was time to train that waist again. Came across this brand and noticed there was two choices 4 bone or 25. Previously used 4 bone but thought 25 bone should give extra support in all areas I want to train. Package arrived promptly and the material is as described soft with breathable holes. I inspected the trainer and all was intact. I ordered a XXL as recommended for size 14/16. Be advised it will not be the shape that you see in the advert. The thing to know about waist trainers is if you have never worn one before putting it on for the first time is a little struggle but as you hook up it gets easier and you will find a way that works for you. I always start with the first hook at the bottom and then work upwards. Once all hooks are done up you can adjust the trainer to sit comfortably at your waist. I hooked mine up on the 1st outside row, as your waist changes you move down a row until you are at the last row. The 1st row I found was not giving me the desired fit or look that I should have. I also did not feel the restriction. I moved to the 2nd row and was able to hook up. This felt supportive and I could see a difference in my waist. The pictures shown is whrn hooked up on 2nd row. I was able to do my belt up a little tighter. You will notice that your breast appear to sit higher this is because everything is been squeezed upwards. I recommend putting bra on before putting on waist trainer. I wore this with a thin vest to absorb any sweat to stop that horrible feeling on my skin. Had this on for the day while doing household stuff & shopping. On taking this off there is a sense of relief as if you just exhaled but knowing the reason I am wearing it I will persevere. You will notice imprint on your skin from the bones but nothing to worry about. If you wear this for a few hours or the day you will find that if you eat or drink while wearing you will feel fuller quicker. Would recommend not to force yourself once you get that feeling of fullness as you may feel sick and very uncomfortable. Wearing a waist trainer can help you eat smaller amounts without restrictions on what your eating if you are wanting to lose weight. Looking forward to starting my journey of waist training and weight loss wearing this everyday and seeing the results. I can see I will need a size down very soon , maybe the seller will gift me one😅.

At first I thought this waist trainer was way too small! I almost gave up, but I tried again when I wasn’t feeling as bloated. It was definitely a struggle but I managed to get it on the first hook starting from the top, then the bottom and finally the middle. Once it was on, it felt snug but secure. It really pulls everything in and gives great support. Definitely worth the effort. I’m a UK 12-14 on top and 14-16 on bottom and ordered a Large.

Good quality and certainly pulls you in but I had marks on my sides for over a week after wearing it. I wore it for approximately 9 hours which was completely comfortable and supportive but noticed the following day lines down each of my sides similar to when blood has raised to the skin and the lines took well over a week before they disappeared. I'm a size 12 and of what I would consider a normal weight so its not like I squeezed myself into the thing. I've not worn it since as Im going on holiday soon and don't want those awful lines to reappear however I will give it another try later in the year to see how it goes. For that reason it gets 3 stars.

Too high for my bust and it makes my chest look really weird when I wear it, so, long story short, I could never wear it since I bought it. Very poor dedign. Absolute waste of money. The size was correct.
