Excellent Product
The first package that arrived was the incorrect model. The replacement was sent by express courier and arrived very quickly. The customer service from the seller was excellent and very friendly. The product contains everything you need to install the bracket, included wall fixings (for a solid wall) and a large variety of spacers, washers and bolts to connect to a variety of TV types. Included was a cardboard template to mark the fixing holes before drilling. I purchased this as I was seeking a long reach bracket and was fixing a 42" LCD TV (Toshiba) with a 400 x 200 VESA mount. The bracket is easy to move, fitting compactly against the wall and enabling the TV to be turned through almost 180 degrees. The bracket seems very strong. I needed to drill a slightly larger diameter hole (10mm not the 9mm, I believe) in order to fit the wall fixings supplied. The installation instructions were comprehensive and the product was easy to install. I Would recommend this bracket.

Impressed...
Does exactly what it says on the tin! Really very well and truly impressed with how robustly made the bracket is, and yet is stylish, sleek and very slender - not that you see it, being behind the TV.Anyway... we weren't sure about mounting our TV on the wall, as previously its been on a TV unit, so spent several hours looking at various brackets, on various websites, to meet our needs (43" 19kg Plasma TV); with prices ranging from £20's to £hundreds... then we spotted this. We read through all of the reviews before buying, and can see how some people may have had issues. But if you fully read through the instruction manual, follow every instruction to the letter, paying due to any cautions or warnings; then, you really shouldn't have any problems at all with your installation, or the product. We've mounted this within an alcove (chimney breast wall), and the multi-angle positioning has really enabled us to position the TV exactly where we wanted it. The bracket firmly holds our TV extended and angled at about 30 degrees, but also 51cm from the bracket back plate, and is exceptionally steady and sturdy.Pics will follow, but currently revamping & redecorating our living room, so the bracket has now been taken down and will be put back up.Really happy customers here, thank you!

Sturdy bracket
Bracket is well made and sturdy and I would say very good value for money. I’ve only given 4 stars because the fitting instructions are difficult to interpret. The TV I installed was an LG 43 inch, but I believe it would be strong enough for larger TVs. The TV bracket comes with a plastic bag with about 10 compartments with screws, rawlplugs, washers and various fittings, but it’s not indicated in the instructions what is used where. I believe this is because the bracket is adaptable to fit on the rear of numerous TV sets and lots of types of fittings are provided to allow this, however, it’s a bit daunting to see all these screws, washers etc and no information which to use. It becomes apparent that it’s up to the installer to decide which of the fittings to use to suit their particular TV set. This is fine if you are DIY handy, but not so much if you like to follow instructions. I was able to work out which screws were best for my TV set and get it fixed, but this took some time. I ended up only needing a few screws, so there were lots of screws and brackets not required which isn’t very sustainable, but I guess is needed to allow the TV bracket to fit on virtually all TV sets. The bracket is a little stiff in operation, but since I won’t be moving the TV set this isn’t a problem for me, but if you wish to push the TV back against the wall regularly then I think it could be a bit of a pain. I chose this bracket because I was locating the TV in front of a recess and needed a long extending bracket to allow the TV to stand proud of the recess. The bracket allowed around 600 mm projection from the wall when fully extended and is sturdy and secure enough to hold my TV at this distance. The fixing bracket on the rear of the TV allows the TV to swing round to suit whatever angle needed and the supporting bracket arms are concertinaed to provide further flexibility regarding angling the TV. Overall I would say the TV bracket is very good, just need to be prepared to use some brainpower to work out which fixing screws to use.

Perfect
An exceptionally well made bracket, perfect for my 55" LG OLED TV. It comes with all of the fixings, spacers, screws, etc that you could ever need. This is in fact my second of this model of bracket and 4th from Intec, all have proved to be superb. Recently when deciding to decorate and take down a bracket, concerned with reusing the same wall plugs, I contacted Mike at Intec who supplied me with replacements at no charge quickly. Excellent Customer Service like this is rare these days.

First class
Having wall-mounted several television sets over the past few years, I have to say that this one is by some distance the best bracket of this nature I have encountered, both in terms of the ease of installation (for anyone, such as me, with even the most modest of DIY skills) and the solid, quality feel of the product itself. Moreover, having occasionally had to procure screws for attaching televisions, it was a pleasant change to find an extensive selection of different sized screws that must surely cover just about any TV set on the market. The 32" LED TV with which I used it was in place in no time, with the fine adjustment facilities at the back of the VESA mounting plate enabling it to be set perfectly level. The whole set-up feels solid - overall well worth five stars.

Good monitor mount
Used in a triple monitor setup as they give good depth (with excellent reach) and horizontal movement.Note that they have limited rotation, and no vertical adjustment, so need to be set at the correct height when attached.Otherwise a very good mount for this use case.

Paid for new, got an opened item
Looks like it will be fine, however I have clearly paid full price for a "used - like new" item as you can see from the photo.
