This pre-workout has lots of good ingredients at high doses for ensuring an effective workout. I had to switch to one without caffeine when I suddenly was having a harder time falling asleep at night. This or Supplement Smart PreMass Pre Workout Supplement with Creatine & L Arginine, 688g is your best bet for non stimulant versions that have clinical doses of proven ingredients that really help push yourself and efficiently build muscle. I wish it was Prime though! The price is still very good for what's in it.

This stuff is great and doesn't taste horrific. Kind of lemonade-y. I can definitely feel it and it's wonderful when you have another stim source and don't want some crazy caffeine dose like in most pre-workouts.

I was looking for a cafein free pre-workout. Something that will not make my heart race and need to spend several minutes resting between sets. Within minutes of taking this in the morning I feel fully alert. I suspect it is the L-Tyrosine. By the time I finish warming up I feel the Beta Alanine tingling (but not so much anynore). Within the first few sets I get the pump and the blood flowing in my muscles. I always have great workouts with this product. Also the price is quite affordable for the ingredients.

Update : husband tried it and didn’t feel a thing either. I was so looking forward to liking this product !Original : I like the flavor , the lack of caffeine, and it didn’t upset my stomach . But I’m not new to pre- workouts, and this did not give me any pump , only slight heart palpitations . I tried looking up the ingredients , and I’m still not sure which one did it , but I’m returning . Two stars for flavor and ability to return. But it didn’t improve my workout , vascularity , muscle resistance , or anything .
