Terrible customer service
Had problems with grill and top oven from new. Have phoned them six times and keep getting told engineer will phone back not a word. Would not recommend

Does the job
Cooker is very good and comes with set of jets that you can install with a 7mm socketBoth ovens and all the rings are good! The only fault is the grill is a slow ,grill pattern could be better. But basically good value for money.

for back of room tv on wall neighbours say its too loud had to buy long lead to keep sound away from wall.

Damage took a month to sort out
The product is great and exactly as specified however there was damage to the lid which took the supplier a month to sort out with the manufacturer which was disappointing. But now all sorted.
