Excellent product - needed something compact for our engineers to keep in their vans. Fits into a small bag and has excellent suction for such a small versatile machine. Very happy.

The media could not be loaded.  Overall, I really like it. Weight distribution is good, plus it's not too heavy, meaning I can do a number of jobs without feeling as though I have to put it down to rest my arm. Most importantly, it is extremely effective at cleaning, which is its primary function. A powerful motor that sucks up everything in its sight. Lots of attachments and a washable filter dust capture unit.On arrival, the well packed box contained :- Handheld vacuum cleaner- Black drawstring (Kainnt branded) storage bag- 3 pin 5 meter power cable- 2 extending tubes- Floor nozzle with carpet / wooden floor adjuster- Dusting brush- Crevice tool- Smaller crevice tool with permanently attached adjustable brush- User manualThis handheld is a glossy ruby red and grey, with a transparent dust cup, so easy to see when the 0.8l capacity has been reached. The dust cup is easily removed via the top button which, when pushed, releases the dust cap. Contained is also a removable filter. Most of the parts are washable.The power switch is located on the handle and therefore easy to switch either on or off whilst holding the handle - ergonomic handle and power button located where my hand naturally rests. There is a vent on the right hand side.Attaching the 2 extending tubes and the floor nozzle gives maximum length - meaning that it is easy to reach the top corners to clean away dust or spider cobwebs. Even with the attachments, it is easy to hold and, I found, does not add undue pressure to the wrists.Most importantly, this vacuum works really well. Switch it on and you instantly appreciate the power of the vacuum.In operation, it vacuums dirt, crumbs, hairs, cobwebs and other small items effortlessly. The crevice tool helps to dig into thicker carpet whilst the dust brush helps remove stubborn dirt whilst the vacuum does the rest. Also the pointed nature of the crevice tool does help in reaching smaller corners and harder to directly access areas. I found the floor nozzle was effective on both wooden and carpeted floors.Lots of picture attached but also a short video of this vacuum in operation (yes, I am aware that part of my carpet actually needs a wash).One gripe is that there is no cable tidy once jobs are completed, but that aside, it is extremely difficult to be critical of a vacuum cleaner that is proving extremely effective in handling the jobs that a vacuum is meant to.Overall, I really like it.
