Ich nehme seit einiger Zeit Taurin-Kapseln als Nahrungsergänzung und bin wirklich positiv überrascht! Taurin unterstützt nicht nur den Energiehaushalt, sondern auch die geistige Klarheit – und das ganz ohne Koffein-Crash. Die Kapseln lassen sich leicht einnehmen, sind gut verträglich und enthalten genau dosiertes, reines Taurin – ohne unnötige Zusätze. Ich schätze besonders, dass sie mir helfen, fokussierter zu bleiben, ohne nervös oder hibbelig zu werden, wie es bei manchen Energy-Drinks der Fall ist.
