Works very well to make water kefir. Just add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder per quart to make apple cinnamon kefir. Use 1/4 cup apple juice per quart for flavoring. Then mix and put straight in the fridge. Tastes very good this way.

LOVE IT! I purchased this juice for my son. He is 5 months old. He does not get much juice, just a little mixed with his cereal to give it a little flavor and a couple ounces every now and then to get his bowels moving. After reading everything about arsenic levels being high in apple juice, I went on the search for juices containing the least amount of arsenic. The best I could come up with was to avoid concentrate, because it usually comes from overseas. And organic should have the least amount of contamination. My son LOVES it. And so do I! I have never liked apple juice until I tried this. It is not sweet. It tastes like I am eating an apple. My son swigs it down when he gets it. It is thicker compared to concentrate juices, but it doesn't bother us.
