A Total Disappointment at the Stray Kids Concert
I bought three, and not a single one connected during the Stray Kids concert in Peru. I was really excited and had high hopes, but this product completely let me down. It didn’t work at all when it mattered most. I’m truly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Missing photo cards Bracelet and Skz light stick app had a bug
I got this light stick and the box was scratched up and had lots of denta in it i opened it and the photo cards were not in there and the bracelet was not in there either the light stick it self was okay did have some marks on it but when I scanned the QR code it put me to the app store and the skz light stick app I download it then why I pressed open it said something about a bug on the app so I was not able to get in to it and I got rid of the app too so no bugs will get in to my phone it self but I really hope they fix that and I can get a refund so I get my photo cards and bracelet that was missing

Bought for upcoming concert, came intact and works well! Also came with photo cards! Did take a while for it to arrive, best to purchase ahead of time to avoid any delays.
