Fabulous meat, delivered promptly and with care, bought twice, will buy again ..

The quality has gone way down, I had ordered a few times and the first couple were perfect, however my previous order there were some steaks that smelled off but I thought it was just a one off and maybe I got a bad batch but this time the meat was so tough I was having to 'saw' it with my Japanese steak knives and they are sharp enough to take your finger off. The meat was inedible as you couldn't chew it due to it being that tough ( a sirloin so not a cheap cut). Unless they get their act together I will not order from them again!

The meat is lean, a good colour, very tasty! We had never had Chateaubriand cut of meat before. It has a subtle flavour, meltingly tender and generally one of the nicest cuts of beef I have ever had.Will definitely be back for more packs of meat. Puts a lovely chunk in the freezer, and was exceptional quality. We pressure cooked then slow roasted the sirloin roll and that just fell apart it was so tender. The ribeye steaks are good quality. The mince has made an amazing lasagne, cottage pie and meatballs. The sirloin steaks are excellent. Out of the meat pack it has provided us with 19 meals. Which is superb.That equates to about £6.40 a meal (for 2), for excellent quality meat, that is a bargain!The taste and quality is 1st class, can not fault it.Arrived very well packed, and still very cold in the box.

I’ve had this box before and it was great previously and probably more an issue with delivery but when the box arrived the meat was warm and spoiled I tried to cook some of it but was off.

Good quality meat. Great value for money.

the stakes are melt in your mouth but the real winner here is the chateaubriand joints the other rolled meat joints would cost the price of all this at my local butcher

I was dubious that such a large quantity of premium beef could be purchased for such a low price but that it must be worth a punt. To say that i am delighted with the quality is an understatement, purchasing the same from the likes of Donald Russell would cost £380 and would be no better. If you're a beef lover grab yourself a bargain.
