I really wanted these to work and they work a bit. I had been using no fabric conditioner at all due a fault in my machine and thought I would try them. The clothes were definitely a bit softer compared with using no fabric conditioner at all but nowhere near as effective as fabric conditioner - what a shame. I just keep them in my dryer now anyway as it might save me a bit of money if the drying time is slightly less - but it's not noticeably so.

I have only very recently received these wool dryer balls but have tried them out on a couple of pairs of jeans. I was very impressed by the softness of the fabric after using the wool balls in my dryer. I am delighted to find an effective alternative to using a liquid softener with all the chemicals they contain.I love them and would recommend them to anyone who wants to achieve softness in their laundry without having to use a liquid softener and save money too.

These reduce the drying cycle which is good, not so sure they stop things needing ironing though

These are great. The laundry still gets a bit tangled, but the balls do an excellent job in general.

Makes no difference to the drying process

I tried these balls with my baby's clothes/towels etc as I don't want use ordinary fabric softener with her washing due to chemicals. It was noticeably softer and definitely reduced drying time! Does exactly what is says!

Used the Bocco dryer balls on a load of baby clothes and one of towels and bed linen so far. Both came out noticeably softer. Liked the idea of a natural fabric softener especially for baby clothes and the balls are natural and easy to use. Come in appealing packaging too, the cotton pouch makes them easy to store.

Great item! Made my laundry so much softer and I even think it cut down drying time. Love the fact it has no chemicals either!
