Amazing product that actually works
Usually don't leave reviews but this product deserves it. Been taking two with my breakfast since monday, I've had full nights sleep each night since, for me it's a miracle. I have had insomnia for years and always wake sweating between 2-5am every night no fail. My sweats have almost gone and getting a solid sleep has certainly improved my daily energy levels. I have tried so many things for sleep and nothing has helped, I didn't actually buy this product for that reason but it has done me the world of good. I am more focused too with brain fog lifted. I do hope it carries on benefitting me with continued use. I may try in the evening as others have suggested to see if that aids even more sleep, I've so much to catch up on 😃

Quality, effective product
This product is definitely working at some level. I think it has improved my mood, possibly energy levels and my sleep too. Schisandra is a great tonic for anyone to improve their overall health.

Good quality adaptogen herb
I have been buying this herb for a long time and this one is good quality as it is organic with no fillers. Schisandra is an adaptogenic herb and has been helping me heal my adrenal glands and reduce stress levels

Seems to work!
Have only taken the tablets on and off for a few days but have noticed an increase in energy and brain fog has felt like it's cleared a bit. The energy is nice, not nervous energy like from coffee but very grounded and calm. Just what I wanted!

Disappointing
This made me bloated and gave me stomach aches from the first pill. Plus not eligible for return, considering the price it’s a joke!

Not a good product on its own but taken with others, you will notice a difference in your physical and mental performance on the job.
