Freezes well and long lasting
After trying out Freezer Gel Packs for foot/angle I found them to be hopeless, they don't freeze and last only 10mins.I am using these for Achilles Tendonitis by freezing two inside a large straight cup)mug, either way round, so they are partially curved.Just the right size to slip into the back of a sock, either direct to skin or place between two pairsThese are great all round, flat packed and light, water fill at home 100ml when needed. The bags do seal properly after filling if you squeeze the water port area hard whilst shaking to mix for about 60 secs.Keep in Freezer ready for use.So good, I bought two more packs of 5 after the first day of testing them

Not as big as expected but done the job!
I was expecting them to be different from what they actually were! But they were easy to use and kept the items in my cool bag cold
