It’s pretty and it works

Let me preface this by saying that my essential oil has not shown up yet so I can't actually test the functionality of the diffuser. But the AC adapter has a right angle plug that will only fit with the cord facing down, which means that the diffuser ends up being pushed up by the cord. (See the picture.) This is a pretty bad design since a straight plug (which is what is shown in the instruction manual) wouldn't have this problem.That being said, the look and feel of the diffuser is nice. This is ceramic, not some sort of plastic thing. The base appears to be made of real wood. It doesn't feel cheap at all. The only downside, so far, is the stupid plug.I'll update this review once my oil comes in and I can test the functionality.Update:My oil is in and I've been using this regularly over the last few days. I'm really pleased with how it works. It's really simple - remove the ceramic cover, take off the plastic cover over the water tank, fill to the line, add a few drops of oil, put the cover and ceramic top back on and press the button. A good amount of vapor gets made quickly and the scent travels through my house pretty well. The nice thing is that I can leave it and it will turn itself off when the water tank is empty.I've put an old candle lid under the diffuser that lifts it up just enough for the power cord to not push up on the base. It's a kludgy, ugly solution that takes away from the great esthetics of the product. But it works and I normally have my back to it anyway.I'm adding another star since the performance of the diffuser is top notch.Edit: I'm adding another star. The other day another diffuser showed up at my house. This time it had a plug that didn't have the 90 degree bend, so the diffuser now lays flat. Now it's perfect for me and gets the five stars that it deserves.

I spray painted it matte black as it’s more my style. I really like that it’s real wood and ceramic. The ceramic is thinner than I was expecting but still pretty good quality. I really like it so far, does everything I expected it to. I appreciate the simplistic, symmetrical lights/buttons as it’s more aesthetic if you’re like me and care about that haha. You can choose to have the light off otherwise there’s 3 light settings (not as useful to me under the black lol) but it’s a warm white in: bright, less bright, and fade between the two almost like a slow flicker. The 3 lights on the bottom turn off a few seconds after you select whichever mode. It has a very slight trickle sound which I find calming for next to my bed. It’s about the same height as a soda can but a little chubbier haha. Cord is also nice and long. Nice little diffuser!

This is a beautiful diffuser. I’m very happy with it. Very classy. The only minor issues (and I wouldn’t even call them issues really, but with noting), are that it doesn’t seem to put out as much scent as another one of ours and that it was a little more expensive than I would have ideally paid. Re: not putting out as much scent, it seems that there’s one main spot you can smell it when standing in the room, but doesn’t seem to disperse it real well. In comparison, our one in our basement you can smell very well right away when you set foot down the stairs.

Love this diffuser - it’s so cute and the ceramic and real wood is so much nicer than the plastic ones you can buy elsewhere. Other ceramic diffusers are much more expensive. The light settings are beautiful and peaceful. Note: I almost returned this because when I first got it barely any mist came out. I contacted Amazon customer service and they suggested not filling it to the “max line” but half of that and now it works perfectly. Glad I asked Amazon and didn’t return it cause I love the way it looks!

I happen to have very strong aesthetics. I have looked at diffusers for many months. I knew that I did not want a plastic faux wood one. I knew that I didn't want any plastic for that matter. I finally decided on this model. It is so elegant and minimal. I did have an issue w the left button. I emailed and received an response very quickly. Then they sent me a replacement in a day. This interaction was by far the quickest customer service response that I can recall. This act show's that they actually DO stand by their product which is rare unfortunately. I highly recommend this diffuser for the aforementioned reasons

It is beautiful! This unit works like a charm and I personally find it very calming. I am very impressed with its quality; genuine wood bottom and ceramic top. It is very aesthetically pleasing and Chic. This was purchased for my home, but I would not hesitate to purchase one for the office at work. The noise made from diffusing is very minimal. My favorite function is the ability to diffuse on/off in 30sec intervals. It really stretches out the diffusing time, which is nice. Overall I am very pleased with this diffuser.**I added a photo of it next to a mason jar for size reference**

Lovely diffused light from this humidifier. It runs very quiet - so much so that I didn't know that it was working the first time I used it and kept checking to be sure it was on. Initially I was afraid that I would crush the ceramic bell but it's really sturdy. I appreciate the overall minimalism of the design and highly recommend it to anyone who asks about it.
