My GSD has CDRM and needed something that I could help her get about the house and for toiletting, this harness certainly does the job with the added bonus of being comfortable enough to leave on her. I am disabled and was struggling to get her up and outside, this harness makes the job an awful lot easier! I would measure your dog very carefully though, I ordered a Large after reading the size guide and measuring my girl but it is too big around her tummy making it a little awkward when helping her even though I've adjusted the straps, as a previous review suggests, if the velcro was moved a little further across the harness it would give the option of being able to tighten it a bit more. Washes up beautifully and dries very quickly!UPDATE:- Please measure your dog EXTREMELY CAREFULLY!! My poor girl ended up rubbed raw inside her hind legs which must of caused her a lot of pain but she was a very stoical dog and didn't even whimper....sadly I lost my girl shortly after buying this harness, I did leave it on her for a couple of days near the end and I'm sure this is when the rubbing started so I advise you NOT to leave this harness on your dog for more than a few hours at a time!!

Fantastic item, strong and durable. Really easy to use, looks comfortable for my dog to wear. Lots of people have asked where it was brought from. It was really helpful physio for my dog too when his back legs became weak as it helped keep his muscles strong. Very handy to help manoeuvre him outdoors for toileting. I couldn't have got by without it. Well worth the money!

this was a life savour for my 16yr old boarder collie she was crippled with arthritis and could not walk very well this was very easy to put on her and it helped her to walk on her back legs and to help to lift her up when she was lying down made of very strong material.unfortunately I didn't use it very long as she passed away :'( but I would recommend this product.

After trying this product for a couple of weeks, for my 18 year old dog who suffers with arthritis, I can safely say it is a load of rubbish! It feels very cheap and certainly not worth £40+! The design is stupid. How are you supposed to easily get a dogs hind legs into the holes when they suffer with their hind legs and struggle to stand firmly!? A load of rubbish and would quite like my money back.

This harness is well made with adjustable handles. We have a boxer dog and we ordered the correct size for his waist, however the openings for his thighs were no where near big enough for him even though he has some muscle wasteage. We were advised by the seller to fit in front of his thighs but this would have got in the way of his toileting, therefore we returned it and got a refund with no hassle.

Vey good harness, it's extremely helpful for my 16 year old dog. I had to make small cuts on the side as the medium size was a bit too small around the legs but the large size was way too big.
