Frame Company Watson Range Rustic 7x5 inch Picture Photo Frame *Choice of Sizes* Fitted with Real Glass

I ordered 2 of the black frames really as a tester to see if they would be worth it. My local framer in which I always ordered from has suddenly raised his prices by nearly 50%. Now even thought my local guy has great quality wooden frames, I knew if I passed the increase in prices onto my costumers then that would affect my income. So I then had to source another type of frame I could also offer to my customer and give then two prices for 2 different quality frames.The quality for these frames are let’s say a lot different as you would expect but in saying that, I would have to give them a good score for what there are, needless to say I was quite impressed.One of the frames I ordered had a slight hairline scratch about 1.5cm long. Rather than go through the hassle of sending it back to be replaced, I used a black marker to cover the scratch then I buffed it out with screen cleaner and a lint free cloth and now you couldn’t see it was ever there.Now please bear in mind that the black & white frames will be the easiest to see small scratches as they do 5 different colours.I must say, Packing was excellent. They shrink wrap the frames first, and then put bubble wrap all around each individual frame and then it’s packed in a good sized box. Chances of breakage here is slim to none.Also the delivery is fast and is just what I need as you can time it great.Would I buy again?In fact what I will do is ordered one of each colour and show my costumers along with local framers frame.Hope this review helps.What you see in the images is what you get as well.

I've knocked one star off as I expected a pane of glass with my frame. Once I contacted the extremely helpful Frame Company they said they only supply certain sized frames with glass, (not that Amazon tell you that) Mine being an A2 size comes with a high quality perspex. After peeling back some tape I did find a high quality sheet of perspex very much resembling glass. The frame is nice, not too sure it's the one advertised though, however I would buy again. Just beware you may not get a glass pane.

Arrived filthy dirty and covered in marks and scratches. It was wrapped and packaged well so can only assume this is something that happens in their factory.

Frame a lot thinner than illustrated in the product photo. Clear plastic insert instead of glass. Really lightweight and cheap. Feel ripped off tbh. Better off going to Ikea.

Wonderful finding a frame this size. Furthermore rather than glass over the picture or print the covering is of a tough clear colourless plastic. Its appearance is tantamount to glass, except it makes the whole unit much lighter and easier to handle and to hang. Recommended.

Frames are quite nice but expensive for what they are. I've had to make two orders to get the number of frames required and unfortunately both orders contained one frame where the glass was broken, hence Iam still one frame short. However, not prepared to order more under the circumstances.

Beware, these are terrible. Firstly the rear board is inserted too tightly by the clips that are stapled in, so inserting anything in to the fram is too tight. The glass is not glass it is a nasty, cheap plastic glass that splinters and shatters. To be fair, the seller refunded 20% of the cost, to compensate me for this - after explaining they had too many returns with smashed glass - I wanted glass as I do not like the plastic alternatives and the listing clearly states glass. But beyond this the frame corners split. They are too cheap. Spend more and get a better product! In the end I returned and eventually received a full refund. Seller was very good at comms, but they really need to stop selling this terrible product.
