Air Cushioned Aluminum Light Stand

Good stands. Wasn't expecting much to be frank. Other inexpensive stands I've bought have been just about enough to do the job and no more, which to be fair is what I wanted. But these are robust, strong, easy to use, and can be raised more than high enough for their intended purpose. Very pleased with them. They not as light as I'd prefer but they are three times the size so that's expected. They come with a bag that's a little bit of a tight fit but the stand goes in and it's easy to carry with a strap and a handle. Excellent product for the price and actually good quality. Very happy with them.

I really like the spring loaded functionality on this light stand. When you have heavy expensive lighting, the last thing you want is an insecure rig. This product feels solid and works a treat.

Proper tings

I purchased this NEEWER AIR CUSHIONED lightstand to complement my NEEWER Pro Spring Loaded Heavy Duty Photo Studio Light Stand for my home studio set up. The lightstand is much lighter but equally as rigid and strong. The boom attachment allows for great flexibility with lighting set ups and controlling where your lights are placed on the subject. I was a little concerned with the pivot point of the boom arm as this looks to be a weak point however I have tested this with my heavy soft box and light and it is very capable of holding the weight placed upon it. The boom adjustment clamp is very sturdy and allows rotation of the boom arm and then holds it very tightly in place. Unlike the spring loaded lightstand I already had, the air cushion is very smooth and lowers the stand down very easily with any weight that’s already attached for easy height adjustment. I would highly recommend this product for your studio needs.
