i eventually cut out the inner lining with a cutter knife which was a very easy process. i bought sheets of white corex plastic
i bought this to transport film equipment to shoots. i eventually cut out the inner lining with a cutter knife which was a very easy process. i bought sheets of white corex plastic and, again with the cutter knife, i cut them to fit the back, sides and front of my zframe. this adds a lot of stability as otherwise it's just the cloth. these cut out sheets just slotted right in, on the sides and back and in the front pocket. i added another sheet to create a divider inside. the zframe is incredibly comfortable to transport with its many wheels and the nice big handle. the big wide handle also means lots of extra space and a uniform compartment in the middle. you can also put something on top, a mixer for example, strapped on with bongo ties. anyway it's just all the right dimensions for my use. i researched a lot and this was the best and most lightweight option. just keep in mind that the suitcase is made from cloth. it wont easily break but it won't protect what you have inside from physical damage. as in if you use it for sensitive equipment and things that can break, just be aware. that said, it is very sturdy and all you need for most scnearios. the side handle is also great for me as i can slide a stand/pole through for transport. my normal travel suitcase is about to fall apart after a decade of travelling so will buy another zframe for my non professional endeavours, too soon. pros: light, sturdy, comfortable grip, comfortable transport as it rolls/stands on its wheels. uniform compartment due to wide handle. nice pockets on inside of lid, with mesh etc. has straps inside to secure luggage, has inner lining that looks nice

Best suitcases I have ever bought
I have z frame suitcases before but they where the old style with the single wheels they lasted years but then last year some of the wheels broke, I managed to find one new one in the sale at the end of last year so made one good one out of the other two, I couldn’t find anyone selling them, then I googled it came up that this person was selling this one on Amazon & a good price so ordered one, came today very quickly so now we both have new ones which will last as long as the old ones hopefully approx 12 years & as they are very lightweight I can take more clothes on holiday

Great Light Weight Case
We have 3 of these now. All are great and have survived multiple trips well. The only weak point is the wheels which are quite exposed. However you can buy replacements from the manufacturer for very little if/when an airline knocks them off and they are easily replaced

Light and sturdy.
Havent used it yet. Seems very well constructed and moves easily. Not a fault but I dont like the proportions: would prefer it to be deeper and less wide.
