I was very confused how to fill it with water , was petrified I was going to electrocute mysef ,however after trawling the internet un successfully I filled it at the top as there was no way you could fill it from the back. Bit of a faff checking the water level , I had to lay on the floor LOL to get an idea what the level was.However , now it's up and running and aimed at me it's lovely and cold air is keeping me cool. Would be good if they gave an idea how long it takes for the water level to go down on different speeds All in all happy with purchase and the price . EDIT You do actually fill from the top BUT it has to be UNPLUGGED for the water to run down . Water level is easy to see after all ,my fault .

I looked at the reviews some were negative and thought I would still order one and see for myself because it was in my price bracket because I wanted it for my bedroom. The name beldray is a know brand so I thought why not, and it brilliant it cools my room down and you can either fill from the top or the bottom, it's not noisy and I am so pleased with this air cooler.

This is a great unit at a great price. Top loading for ease and easy to drain. Comes with 2 chill packs and I fill mine with chilled water on hot days for an extra chilli breeze. No regrets in the purchase and I would highly recommend.

I’m really disappointed after enquiring on beldrays own website that they do not provide spare parts for this machine, even if you pay for them. So if the filters inside degrade or go wrong you have no solution. If I had known this I wouldn’t have bought it. I would return it but I have already used it. I think it should be made very obvious that there are no spare parts available- the filters, the tank plug, all could be lost or break but are not available to replace. Bad for the consumer and bad for the planet. This is my first experience with beldray and I’m unimpressed.The cooling function is good- it probably wouldn’t help in the heatwave we had July 2022 of 40 degree heat, but for your regular British heatwave it would be helpful.I also found the tiny instruction booklet inexplicable. I went online to find the supposed more detailed one but it was more or less exactly the same. I had to do a lot of guessing and sitting there staring at it to figure it out. If you haven’t had an air cooler before it’s confusing.Mainly I would say do not buy this. I would NOT recommend.

It doesn't work and Amazon won't collect it for return and refund. I have to pay a third party to collect and return it and then wait up to 14 days to get my money back. Would not recommend.

My friend London me one of her coolers after I had an operation as the bedroom was too hot last summer ☀️This year I decided to get one for my bedroom and this one is great so I ordered a one for my sons bedroom too.His was more than mine but his has a remote control on it which he likes because he can set it up for 2 or 3 hours and it turns its self off .

I have to admit I didn’t think this air cooler would be so good, its excellent. A little noisy on the third setting but that’s the only fault I can think of. It’s light and easy move. Also cools my room down quickly.
