Neoprene Gas Canister Cover

Q: two questions , does it fit coleman 500 cartridge and is it stable as not to wobble over with soft base .

It certainly fits the 500 cartridges no problem. The balance is still good. I use mine with a pipe leading to the stove, so not with the stove directly on top of the cartridge. The only issue I had was when screwing the adaptor into the canister with the cover fitted, the drawstrings wrap around the thing making it awkward to tighten it up. Loosen the strings prior to tightening and the problem went away. Good product.

Q: Is the cannister stable enough with stove and pot on top?

I don't think it would be, I use a Trakker stove with mine
