I received this item through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review. I take a generic multivitamin each day, so decided to try these. The bottle contains a two month supply of pills. Each is actually a bit smaller than the multivitamins that I had been taking, which makes them a bit easier to swallow. They are more expensive than most multivitamins, however one nice addition that these multivitamins have is chromium piconolate, which helps boost metabolism.
