Literally cook everything with this fish. Hasn't changed the flavor of anything but no idea if it works or not but worth a try. No rusting but be sure to wash and dry after each use.

This iron fish tests positive for lead! I bought it as a gift for someone and it cant be returned! I am not happy at all.
