Pop one under your tongue, tastes good
Regular Melatonin doesn't work on me. This brand was recommended by a person I trust. This brand works for me. No more drugs to get me to sleep. I'm so glad I tried this brand. I'd recommend it-especially if other brands have disappointed you. Drop it under your tongue and drift off to sleep calmly, without the worry of brain fog in the morning.

Life Saver
I was skeptical with how affordable this is, but I was so pleasantly surprised! One half of a pill knocks me out. Cold. No nightmares, no oversleeping, and it takes a quick 30-40 minutes to kick in. They taste pretty decent as well. This melatonin is so worth it, don't bother with the gummies if your taking it for insomnia or practicality, because this stuff is the real deal.

Fantastic product love that Amazon is offering this at a low price
Great product works great and unlike other sleep medications it does not leave you feeling sluggish, sleepy, or feeling hung over the next day. The other thing that I like about it is that it is not a medication. It is a natural occurring hormone that Humans produce in their bodies by the pineal gland which for some of us our bodies do not produce enough of thankfully through research labs are able to make it. Ask for side effects I have had none and I have been taking this for years. I would recommend starting out at a low dosage at the beginning of taking it. The dosages begin at 3mgs, 5mgs, and 10mgs. I also would advice talking to your doctor prior to beginning this. As with any type of herbal supplement or medication you should always seek the advice of your physician first.

This is THE BEST over the counter melatonin O have ever tried. It takes some serious tranquilizers to aid in my falling asleep, which is why I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly this helped knock me out. FINALLY a product that works. It doesn’t always keep me sleeping through the night, but it does help knock me out quick!!
