I love this product! It has brought back to life lots of clothes which were looking tired, the evidence is in the pictures I have included.The item arrived promptly and was well packaged, thank you. I couldn’t wait to try this product on a number of my jumpers and on my babies’ clothes. I have to rub my sons back lots to wind him and as a result this has created a lot of bobbles on the back of his clothes. This product did not disappoint and did exactly what I needed. The first garment I used this on was my mustard coloured sweatshirt. I could not believe the result, it literally took seconds to remove the bobbles on the cuff and made the jumper look new again. The second garment I tried this on was a navy jumper and again the results were amazing. It is brilliant to see the amount of bobbles / fluff collected in the fluff collector. This collector is easy to remove so it can be emptied after each use. It is a good shape making it easy to hold and it feels very well made.When the item arrived I added 2 x AA batteries, these were not included as per the item description. It is quick to use, the large blade surface covers a large area at one time making it quick to use. The product can be adjusted depending on the garment you are removing the bobbles on. There are three 3 shave heights and there are three shaving head hole-sizes. You turn the spacer to the desired level depending on the type of bobbles that need removing and the type of fabric. ‘Thick’ is for large bobbles and coarse fabrics, ‘thin’ is for small bobbles and fine fabrics. You can remove the saver completely for very fine fabric.There was an additional two replacement cutting blades within the box, as shown in my photograph. The machine has two different speed options depending again on the fabric you are using it on. I tried the two speeds and they were both efficient at removing the bobbles. The instruction manual is very easy to follow and is printed in a range of different languages. The cleaning brush included comes in handy when cleaning the machine. The protective cap can be placed on the machine between uses to make it safe when storing.This product is small making it portable so it is easy to transport so I can use it when I go away, it is completely cordless. It comes with a drawstring bag so the box can be disposed of if you wish. This is a handy little product which has been fantastic, I highly recommend. This is a must have product.

It's a decent product for removing all the bobbles on my clothes, it takes a couple of goes over, especially for higher levels of pills. The battery does need changing a bit more than I would like, but I found that once I'd done the difficult items and was just managing new pilling, the battery life was much better. It's also very necessary to clean out the blade area, as it will get stuck and waste more battery if there's fluff in there.It's very easy to use, empty and change the level of removal so I would recommend it. I've had it a while now with very little issue, so it's pretty durable with medium usage, though heavy usage might tax it a bit much! It's a decent size, fits in my hand well, but will take a while to cover a whole garment if you need to do that, as it is not large.Overall decent product!

Much better than the previous one I bought which was a well known make! Extremely efficient, guard stays on securely and very inexpensive! Ergonomic and spare parts included. You can’t go wrong.

Brilliant! Wish I had bought it sooner.Simple to use, and takes bobbles of garments in seconds.As per instructions, best to use it on a hard surface (ironing board perfect).Absolutely brilliant little thing.

Larger than my previous one. It feels more substantial and comes with replacement blades. Does a really good job.

Great wee gadget that I purchased for removing bobbles on my cashmere jumpers. It did a perfect job but I've only given it 4 stars as it appears to be quite heavy on batteries. 2 new batteries inserted only defluffed 2 jumpers before I needed to replace the batteries. Despite this it did a great job, it's easy to use and my jumpers look like new once again
