I recently purchased the Boult X10 Pro Airbuds, and I am thoroughly impressed. The sound quality is top-notch with deep bass and clear highs, making my music and calls incredibly enjoyable. Products is good but high volume

I bought this product on september 18 2023. after using for almost 2 months i writing this review. My main purpose is for taking meeting through laptop and mobile. but it did not fullfill that requirementNoise cancellation. - it cancels the noise at home like FAN and other noises at home. But when travel in bike you cant even talk. No body in the other was able to hear our voice itself becuase its cancelling our voice thinking that its noise along with air. So very poor in noise cancellationTouch sensitivity is also very poor. on/off volume adjustment are all very poorBattery back up is good not excellentexactly after a month my left year stopped working. I have to raise a complaint and boult customer service people asked me to courier to Delhi and the courier cost was around Rs 230 from tamilnadu and bargained with DTDC and finally reduced to Rs 185. But Boult returned flat Rs 100. They took more than 15 days to ship my air pod. I don't know if my airpod was serviced and returned and i got a refurbished air pod. but i got one. exactly after 1 week of this serviced pod now the right ear stopped working. I am going chase them again. I bought this for 899 and already spent around Rs100 for courier and now i have to spend another Rs100.completely my experience - a waste product, don't buy this product.

Good product

It has a good audio quality,and connectivity. But it is not comfortable for me ,compared to other wireless headphones i am using ( because of it large size) . I had the perfect battery life as they mentioned.It has good design but if it falls from your ear it will break (45%) ,it happened 4 times .But they have a poor warranty service because one of earpiece is dead and when I try to claim warranty it mentioned to post the product in courier with a bunch of instructions.So I myself repaired it because I have some knowledge about electronic .

I bought this TWS in 799rs, and it been 20+ days using it, and i haven't faced any problem in it,Here the rating i gave this :Sound Quality - 10/10.Bass Quality - 9/10.Build Quality - 7/10.Bluetooth Connectivity - 9/10.Battery Backup - 9/10.Comfort and sturdy - 8/10.Distortion - 9/10.Lightweight - 10/10.Just a little advice to the @Boultaudio that Tws should have little weight so it doesn't feel cheap and delicate, although build quality of X10 is good but sometimes it feels like it should have little weight in it.This is A Honest Customer review by Me.

Sound, bass is sound when watching videos,OTT, YouTube, Instagram etc. But connectivity problem at the time of calling.

Worst battery backup. Sound cracking alot, even after few steps away from my phone, sound starts cracking. To return it I have to post it to nee Delhi which demands extra money, then what's the motive of paying this much money that you have to pay more to return and get new product
