Igloo Ice Cube, Ocean Blue, 14-can Capacity, 32607

We looked many places, including the big chain stores, since we had seen this particular cooler being sold at retail before. I had a very old Igloo Legend 12 in green color, on which the lid would no longer snap shut. It also seemed that the various 8-12 can coolers were a bit too small for food and drinks for two people for a full day out on the lake, so we wanted something smaller than a 16, but larger than a 10 or 12. The lid on this cooler snaps shut with a deep seated ridge and keeps everything ice cold for more than 24 hours. We use a combination of the six can blue ice packs and regular ice cubes from our fridge, and are very pleased with the ability to keep ice and retain cold temps. The square size is also very nice and it fits extremely well in the cockpit of our boat, within easy reach, yet not in the way. Can't say the accessory compartment on top makes a bunch of sense, but I guess I will use it for car keys or frequently used lures. The handle is very sturdy and folds down. I am confident we will get a lot of good service from this cooler, and we recommend it highly! Amazon did an excellent job of packing it and shipping it quickly, and the price was more than fair!

it's just sturdy and balanced. i didn't use the top ice feature. but the rest of the box is just the right size. not too big, not too tall, fits well behind the passenger seat. or in the trunk of the car. n

I bought this cooler for a job where I was out on county roads without places to stop and eat. I wanted something that was small enough to be easily carried and large enough to store a day or two of food, drinks, and ice.Pros -* Holds a lot more than I expected. (7 water bottles and 5 energy drink cans fit with a small amount of ice).* Keeps stuff ice cold once it's cooled itself.* Perfect size and shape to fit almost anywhere in a vehicle.* Easy to carry fully loaded.Cons -* While it fits my needs, I don't think it would be useful to store stuff for more than 2 days at a time.* I haven't found a use for the top door on the lid.* It would be too large in my opinion to use as a lunch box in an office environment. Daily outdoor work is perfect though.I would say this is the perfect cooler for short road trips, day trips, and outdoor work. I recommend pre-cooling the cooler to make the ice last. I put a small amount of ice (about a 1/5 of the space) and drinks in it when I first got it. The drinks and the cooler were room temp. I found most of the ice melted within 2 hours, but the insulation and drinks were really cold. I pour out the water and then filled it up. Once pre-cooled, about 1/4 of the space filled with ice will last at least a day.

Bought this for under $15 brand new. Received it ahead of delivery date and in excellent condition. The temperature where I live, runs in the 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit year round and a little higher in my vehicle(no a/c). The cooler sits on the floor of my truck above the transmission and the floor is always hot. This is a replacement for a 6 can cooler (3 cans or two small bottles of water with an ice pack as seen in the photos) that sat in the same place that this cooler now sits. I use reusable ice packs because they last longer and don’t produce melt water. It’s a lot bigger than I wanted or I thought I needed, but now that I’ve had it for two weeks, I don’t want anything else. In my old cooler, the ice pack “melted” after an 8 hour day, 6 hours of it on the road. This cooler keeps everything really cold and by the end of the day the ice pack is still 90% frozen. On top of that, I can carry more things in this cooler than I could in my older one. The compartment on the top is a nice touch, where I can carry my charger cords, pens and miscellaneous things. Love it!

I have 2 of these. Using for years and a new one for vacation home. I love that they are not too big, but taller than typical 6 pack cooler. I can fit tall cans and yeti and sandwich for a day out. Not too heavy. Keeps things cool using my blue ice packs.

Very handy cooler for the car. Just the right size. The cover does "pop off" if you try to close it when anything (ice or taller soda bottle) is sticking up past the top -- but it pops right back into place with no problems. I like that it does-not have a conventional hinge -- those always seem to break. Not a huge cooler but just right for car or an hour at the beach.

Great little cooler

I'm in my car 6-10 hours a day. I was tired of stopping to buy bottled water, and I was tired of having to go to my trunk (cargo in my seat) to get drinks out of a full size cooler. This was the PERFECT inbetween. This cooler fits perfectly behind my passenger seat. I had enough room to get a small weighted trash can next to it. So it works great. Reach back and pull me out an ice cold bottled water on the go. I've had a ton of Igloo rectangle coolers and they were just coolers. However this square one, I don't know what difference it makes, but it stays colder way longer. I can put 4 cold packs, and maybe 2 or 3 cups of ice in the cooler, and it will last 3 days. At end of 3rd day there is like 1 or 2 little pieces of ice left, but still very cool and great.

I use this for outdoor concerts at Canary Wharf on summer evenings as well as Indian restaurants that adhere to Islamic traditions and require diners to bring their own alcohol. I can fit a bottle of gin, a dozen cans of tonic water, a lemon and of course ice to keep it all cool and use in the drinks. Oh, AND a few plastic balloon gin glasses if I pack everything right. Perfectly sized for a night of BYOB entertainment...

Perfect size for a 2 day trip, keeps two small ice packs or a large one frozen for 1 day and half frozen for 3 days. The small compartment on the lid is very convenient.
