I'm very pleased with this product. I've used Selsun Blue, Head & Shoulders, tar shampoo, apple cider vinegar, etc. to control dandruff. It seemed my dandruff was getting worse in some cases so I decided to try something more organic and came across this shampoo. The shampoo makes your scalp tingle and seems to really combat whatever scalp issue I seemed to have. It also has a refreshing, clean smell that I enjoy. My hair is colored and relaxed, but I found the shampoo to be very gentle. I will purchase this again.

I wanted a super medicated alternative to the H&S "Blue" shampoo I used for years. My Psoriasis seemed to take a turn for the more severe and the medication or camphor affect is what makes the difference in a shampoo's ability to counter the itch and flaking for me. This shampoo boasts of its peppermint oil and other such ingredients for lesser cost (although still quite expensive) than some others that have medications that perform similar results. The shampoo is pleasant, and you do feel the medication - but not as much of that medicated feeling as I would like.I noticed the lather is concentrated and does impress, but care should be exercised to be sure it doesn't run into the eyes, since it seems a thinner type. The "Head N Shoulders" shampoo I used before has lather as well, but it is thicker and stays put a bit better. I have used it for about a week so far. Other than the experience of it while in the shower being pleasant - I have not noted any drastic improvement to my condition. So I will continue using it. However, at this price - the search is on.

I want you to read my story as it is filled with the disappointments and regrets.It all started with my wonderful and super awesome girlfriend, who is a passionate user of natural hair products, who recommended that I get something natural and organic for my hair. We spent a good half hour on our couch trying to go through an array of shampoos on Amazon. This was also when I wanted to really make out with her but she insisted that we wait. So we looked and looked and found your product. The page was designed to lure any innocent natural organic product loving person. Mind you - we are not hippies!!Anyway so we went ahead and ordered the shampoo. We tried to look through the ingredients just to make sure that the product was legitimate. However, your product did not display the details - now for obvious reasons. So we ordered and then we waited. And waited.So when the packet arrived, I was obviously ecstatic to see the product. So I pushed my girlfriend away and rushed to the door, ripped open the box and voila - I had the amazing Virgo shampoo in my hands. I instantly looked at the ingredients to see what all stuff was in there. And God - did my jaw drop. There was all kinds of s#%% in there. Sulphates and chemicals! Gosh. I looked at the piece of crap Matrix shampoo that's been laying in the closet. It had the same exact stuff in it and it made me so so sad to know that I had wasted so much time and effort on buying something that was so not worth it.I'm heart broken at this point. I think of all those people who have made the same mistake and are probably too scared to write a review. I write on behalf of all those people. I am their voice. And I want you to know that I had a terrible terrible experience!

My hair is color treated. I have an issue with needing to wash it everyday which at my age shouldn't be necessary. I have to say that this is a great shampoo for removing residual products from your hair and thoroughly cleansing your scalp. It has a slight tingling effect and a great peppermint smell. My hair feels squeaky clean afterward. I recommend this for all hair types or if you'd like to experience a wonderful aromatherapy while shampooing your hair. Love it.

Helps my extreme dry scalp!! Usually have to get percription shampoo from the dermatologist but thought I would give this a try to save me a trip for a new percription. Love the smell!!! Makes my scalp feel cool and tingly
