All is good but watch is not silent . Its tik tik irritating specially in winter

The second arm was stuck with the minute arm at a particular position. This shows that there is no quality control/ check before it is packed in the factory. I had to open the wall clock to set the arms right

The clock has not worked since I got it. I tried changing batteries but that didnt work so there is something wrong with the connection and I didn’t know how to return it
