Ok for a 34K, but could be much better. The search continues.
Ok, so I measure as a 34K, and I have come to the conclusion that unless I design my own bra (is that an option?), I will never find a comfortable bra that actually fits. This bra is comfortable, but I have to wear the band on the tightest hooks. When the elastic starts to stretch out, I'm out of luck. My breasts are contained, but the straps give under the weight, and loosen themselves all the way, thus offering no support. It basically just keeps me from jiggling too much, and holds my nursing pads in place. Oh and the band sort of rolls up and digs into my ribs. This happens with all my bras. Trying to nurse while being uncomfortable gives me major anxiety! Am I the only one??? Overall, I would buy this bra again. Not because it's wonderful, but because it's the best I've found so far.

Supports dig into breast tissue - worried about plugged ducts
I am 28 weeks pregnant with my second baby. Normally wear a 32G, now wearing a 34H. Ordered according to the size chart on Cake's website.I am sending this bra back. Not because of the fit, though it is a bit snug. But because of the supports they have sewn into the inside of the bra - both the slings that support the sides of the breasts (and the straps while nursing) and the strip of fabric that I think is meant to add extra support beneath the breasts. The supports are made of the same material as the bra, a thick, soft, moderately stretchy sports bra material. But they are sewn in in a way that makes their edges dig into the breast tissue.Having nursed before and dealt with many plugged ducts and gotten mastitis 5 times during those 14 months, I am betting this bra's construction will likely exacerbate such problems. I wore it around my house for only 5 minutes and it made my breasts very sore where the edges of the supports dug into my breast tissue.Knowing that my breasts will be much more sensitive while nursing, this bra will be extremely uncomfortable, at best. And mastitis-causing at worst.I'm really bummed this bra didn't work out. Like many busty girls I am always searching for the perfect bra. Especially for pregnancy and nursing. And I had high hopes for this one. Sadly, it is not the one. On with the hunt!

THE Best Bra for big boobs/small band. They Nailed it.
The best ladies. The absolute best. I am a TANDEM nursing Mamma to a 12 m/old and a four yr old. I am 41. This is my third child. I measure a 30F. My measurments are 37 24 37. It is FREAKING HARD to find a supportive nursing bra or heck even nice clothes for me. This bra was like breathing in Heaven the second I put it in place over the girls. My back felt like it was being helped and my boobies felt like they Used to to me anyways BEFORE Nursing three children. Perky, UP, and young. I used to use Glamour Mom and for the most recent past All My bras were by Hot Milk. But those are of the past. This is your "I want to wear this always bra" my dear fellow larger mamalian glanded ladies. Do it. It is worth every penny.

Too Small, too Pricey
I was hoping this was would be my "go to" nursing bra. Sadly, it wasn't.I am a 34H in UK sizing and 34 weeks pregnant with my 6th child. I bought this bra in L and XL. Large was way to small, which is weird b/c I have been wearing the Cake Cotton Candy in Large (the one that goes over your head) all thru nursing/ pumping my last baby and this pregnancy around the house. The Large in this bra didn't even cover 1/2 my breasts. The XL STILL didn't cover all my breasts, which are only going to get bigger after my milk comes in. Plus, it left them really floppy. An okay bra for around the house, but I'm not paying $60 for an around the house bra.For a no underwire, comfortable bra - I have found the Bravado Essential Embrace Nursing Bra, sold here on Amazon. (People were saying the band runs small on that one and it's in US sizing, so I got a 36 L/M.) It is comfy, fits like a dream, and actually gives lift to my huge breasts! I can wear it out of the house w/out putting a sweater on to cover up my droopy shape! It doesn't lift as much as an underwire, but it is the best non-underwire I have found. I like it so much, I have ordered 2 more!

Band runs small, great inner slings for support, but could be better for the price.
I am 34H/I US size. 5’7” 145lbs. I am narrow root, projected, full on top and center full, more on the relaxed side. The fabric is sturdy and on the thicker side. They have a good stretch. It has 2 inner slings (horizontal for lift, and vertical for side support). The outer vertical sling does and amazing job with side support. The horizontal sling also lifts, but I wish it went up a little bit higher. The moment I put it on, the support is great and my boobs look perky and I loved them. But as time goes on the horizontal sling starts to get pushed down with the weight and loses some of the support. I need to re-adjust occasionally to get the lift back. Because the slings are pretty heavy duty, the bra is a little bulky on the sides, right behind my boobs. This makes it so that part does not lie completely flush with the skin, which doesn’t bother me so much. The band rolls like crazy under my boobs. It has since stretched a little bit so it’s not that bad now, but when I first got it, it would roll or crunch onto itself and the band felt really tight and uncomfortable. I would not say this is the best bra for projected/full on top (not as bad as knix bras). The straps are convertible, and I turned it into a racerback and that seems to help with the lift a bit better. But after a whole day of wearing it, the straps are digging in hard and left a welt. Some reviews have said that they run small, which I agree with, but I tried the large, and while the band was more comfortable the cup got too stretchy and lost a lot of the lift and it went up the front of my armpits and was uncomfortable. Large size is where they start to have 4 row hooks. Medium only has 3. I stayed with the medium. Also, the black color is considerably smaller than the pink one. The black one was too tight for me. The manufacture has verified that the black dye makes it less stretchy and tighter, but should relax in the long run. The shape of the cup makes it so that you can wear this with a tank top and only the straps will show, so you can wear this with most clothing. This was the first wireless bra/bralette that didn’t make me look like I was smuggling bags full of pancakes so I got attached to the idea of the inner slings and kept the bra. Isn’t it funny how we attach ourselves to an idea of a certain bra, and we get sad that it didn’t work? And make excuses for it, and try to adjust our attitudes so it works. Is this just me?
