Q: Does the front pocket lock?

Yes. You have to reset the code which is “000” from the manufacturer. There are instructions online as to how to reset TSA locks.

Q: power supply? Where is it? How can you charge a phone if there's no power supply?

You have to buy your own power supply and attach it inside, then you can charge your phone

Q: Mine arrived with one of the locks not opening with 000. How do I unlock it?

Depends on which lock. The side access panel lock resets by pushing in on the reset button with a ballpoint pen whilst setting the new combination. The clamshell locks have a sliding switch on the inside of the lock. Switch is moved to one side and the combination set then move the switch back. The new combination should then be set to the number you dialed in.

Q: I am unable to open the front compartment. Do you have an idea on how i can access this compartment?

Try the generic code. I think nits “000.” Since TSA locks are standardized thereare instructions online that teach how to reset the code.
