Fantastic knife for the money!!
For the money you cannot beat this knife. Well made, opens easy, has a flipper, and sharp! A little large for EDC bur it has a pocket clip.

Good budget knife
Button lock feels great and very fidgety, Seems to be a solid 14c28n survived some prying with no damage. Came centered, Flipper tab is too small otherwise is easy to open and close. Handle is solid and finished well.

Good knife. Small annoyance.
The good: blade came very sharp and seems to hold a good edge. Substantial weight. This might not be everyone's preference but I love that there is no mistaking when it's not in your pocket. Very comfortable grip and ergonomics. The not so good: action was pretty smooth out of the box but lockup was inconsistent. The knife would make an obnoxious sound when disengaging the lock. I took the knife apart and found rough edges on the edges of the pivot lock groove. I carefully smoothed these out with a small file reassembled it and adjusted the pivot. It now works fantastically with zero blade play.Verdict: All around it's a good knife for the price but the quality control isn't perfect. It's a sub $40 knife that feels much more expensive after some fine tuning. Would still recommend.

Very affordable EDC knife
I have a lot of knives... Bought this Lothar because I liked the way it looks and it was on sale at the time at a price I couldn't ignore.. this is a well made knife: good blade material and no side.to side play when the blade is open.. it is easy to open ( very smooth opening) and the lock is sturdy --- now I will be keeping my eyes on more sales from this manufacturer...

Very good quality
Great knife, flips open effortlessly and is very sharp yes I will improve it but very good out of the box. Seems to be very well made I would expect to have paid more for it.

Great value on a well built knife
This is a really nice knife at a great price. The build quality is excellent. The movement is very smooth and the flipper works flawlessly.I did discover the D2 steel is not as corrosion resistant as some other stainless steels. This happened when I had the knife in a wet environment boating. I got a few rust spots on the blade. They polished right off with a little WD-40. I’m sure the steel will be fine in typical environments. I just don’t advise using it while boating. The Damascus version of the knife is in my wish list now. I’m looking forward to getting that one next.
