I just learned about kenisiology tape and wanted to try it. Other precut brands were a little more than I could afford so I gave this tape a try. I didn't like the fact that no basic instructions were given on how to use the tape, but that's okay, YouTube has a plethora of videos that show you exactly what to do. This tape is easy to cut and the paper backing tears easily as well. It sticks to the skin very well. Be sure to prep your skin with rubbing alcohol or skin prep even after you have showered. I didn't have rubbing alcohol, but hand sanitizer worked just fine. This ensures that the tape will stay in place. The tape is also waterproof. I tested in the shower on day 3 without covering the tape and the it stayed in place. I could tell that it wasn't supporting my knee as well after getting wet so I went ahead and changed it out. Overall I am very impressed with this tape. I was able to walk and bend my knee without any pain. It does the job. I would definitely purchase again.UPDATE: Had to give an extra star. I am thoroughly impressed with this tape. I added a picture showing how the tape looks after 3 days and right out of the shower. The tape is frayed on the picture but it has been 3 days under clothes with plenty of walking and movement. In the beginning I did have issues with it peeling up on the ends but I learned not to pull the ends tight to prevent the tape from coming off. Also rubbing the tape to create friction after putting it on helps it adhere to your skin.

This tape does not stick well. At least half the rolls in my box haven't. It's frustrating as I'm working out and feel the tape start to release.

I am a sports medical doctor and use sports tape at least 5 days per week. I wanted to use a variety of colors so my patients would at least have a bit of fun so this bundle was perfect.... So I thought. It does not stick well. I spent a little more money for a higher quality. I do not recommend this product. If you have questions, feel free to contact me.
